MAN BREAKS PETE EDOCHIE'S RULES, KNEEL TO PROPOSE TO GIRLFRIEND
A young man by the name Abiola Olaoluwa has ignored veteran Nollywood actor advice not to kneel and offer marriage proposal.
The man was captured on camera by his friends and seen kneeling to propose to his girlfriend, which has sparked comments online.
Earlier this year, the veteran Nollywood actor, Pete Edochie, frowned at the idea of Nigerian men getting down on their knees by a way of marriage proposal.
The 72-year-old actor was quoted as saying :“Any young man who gets on his knees to propose to a girl, is not just an idiot, he’s a bloody fool, a compound buffoon”.
The ‘Lionheart’ star had said the act is a replication of the foreign culture that translates to the woman taking over the family.
