Former Governor of Oyo state and now the All Progressives Congress deputy national Chairman south, senator Abiola Ajimobi has been rumoured to be on life support at a Cardiology
hospital in Lagos state.

Although the details of his health condition is still sketchy, there are suggestions that, the former Oyo helmsman tested positive to covid- 19 alongside his wife Florence Ajimobi.

Senator Ajimobi according to reports had collapsed at his Lagos residence and was rushed to the hospital in the early hours of Tuesday last week.

 The APC stalwart and his wife are thought to be receiving medical attention at the hospital.

No official statement from the former governor's aides or the state government has confirmed this development.

Mixed reactions have however trailed Ajimobi's rumored deteriorating health condition

The governor's last public appearance was on a radio Ramadan lecture program, where he spoke as a guest in May.
