Nigerians have expressed reservations over what they termed the delayed response of President Mohammadu Buhari to the recent rape and murder of uwaila vera an undergraduate student of University of Benin.

President Buhari in a tweet on Tuesday evening expressed his condolence to the families of the deceased while calling on the police to speed up investigations and bring the culprits of what he called barbaric act to book.
