Busola Dakolo, wife of popular singer Timi Dakolo is convinced that, the man who she had accused of raping her while she was a teenage girl should be convicted of the crime.

The mother of three in her update of the rape case against the senior pastor of commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) Mr Biodun Fatoyinbo said she is not unaware of signs and attempts been made to sweep the case under the carpet.

On her social media handles, Mrs Dakolo explained that investigators in the case had notified her of concluding investigations and that they confirmed to her of forwarding same to the Federal Ministry of Justice office in Abuja.

She affirmed that, the ministry has yet to take any further action and all efforts to reach out to the ministry failed to yield any positive response.

She however appear to be be getting support from some celebrities in her quest for justice.

In June last year, Mrs Dakolo made startling disclosure of how the COZA senior pastor sexually abused her as a young girl in an interview with Chude Jideonwo of Ynaija.

She had demanded a personal letter of apology from the cleric to show that he is remorseful of his misdeeds in a  lawsuit she filed

before a federal high court in Abuja.

But the case was thrown out by the court for wasting its time and awarding her a one million naira fine in favour of Mr Fatoyinbo.

In the wake of the latest development, it is clear Mrs Dakolo wants the case revisited in the law court once more.
