Nigerian Activist and Co-convener of Bring Back Our girls group (BBOG) has taken a break from her long silence to call for the protection of the nation's democracy.

Aisha Yesufu recalled that during the June 12 1993 election, politics of nepotism and ethnicity was nonexistence  but now the order of the day.

According to her, she is pained that she could not maintain the kind of democratic process she had experienced during the period of June 12 for her children.
