MARY UDUK HAS NOT RESIGNED, SEC INSISTS!

The securities and exchange commission (SEC) has dispelled insuinations that its acting Director General, Mrs Mary Uduk has resigned from the commission.

In a statement issued by SEC, it called on the public to disregard such publications suggesting Uduk had resigned.

According to e commission in the press statement, Mr Uduk is still rataineing her appointment  as the acting DG of the commission
until the newly screened DG Mr Lamiso Yuguda assume his position.

However, the commission also said no send forth party has been planned for Mrs Uduk as been speculated.

Former minister of finance Kemi Adeosun appointed uduk in 2018 after the sack the former DG of SEC, Mounir Gwarzofor corruption.
