Another black man in the US Derrick Scott has  died at a hospital after insisting during a police arrest in Oklahoma city that he could not breath.

In a May the 20th 2019 video footage released this week by Oklahoma City Police Department,shows a suspect identified as Derrick Scott pleading to have his medicine.
One of the officers, Jarred Tipton was heard saying he does not care, the officers had felt Mr Scott was putting up a pretence.

Mr Scott became unresponsive and paramedics were called to the scene but later died in the hospital.

The incident began when the officers got a distressing call around 2pm, by some one who said a black was arguing with people and brandishing a gun.
The autopsy carried out on the 42 6ear old reveals that the police response did not result in fatal trauma but listed other factors that could have contributed to his death which includes: methamphetamine us, asthma, emphysema and heart disease.
The autopsy said the police response did not result in “fatal trauma” and listed several other “significant” factors that contributed to his death, including physical restraint, recent methamphetamine use, asthma, emphysema and heart disease.
His manner of death was listed as undetermined.
But his mother wants justice.
