Wanda Cooper the mother of a 25 year old black man who was chased and gunned down in US state of Georgia by two white men has walked out of a court proceedings hearing the murder case of her son.

According to the victim's Attorney, Lee Merritt, Mrs Cooper became exhausted by alleged character assassination of her late son Ahmaud Arbery by the defence team in the murder case.

This comes as a GBI special agent Richard Dial while under oath established that Travis McMichael one of the men who allegedly murdered Ahmaud Arbery used a racial slur while standing over his lifeless body.

The world watched a leaked video online showing how Travis McMichael and his father Gregory McMichael chased and shot Mr Arbery while jogging in Brunswick in February.

The judge on Thursday ruled that, the three men including William Bryan Jr, the man who filmed the killing of Mr Arbery have a case to answer in the homicide case, but they have all pleaded not guilty to the charges of felony, aggravated assault and Murder.
